Hella Black Brunch: The Perfect Juneteenth Menu - Hibiscus Champagne Spritzer

Red foods are a staple of Juneteenth celebrations. Most of our families have passed down stories about how the red hue represents our bloodshed when our ancestors lived and died as enslaved humans. Or for the legacy of our resilience. Some folks link the color more closely to African spiritual practice and lore.

So when creating the Juneteenth Jawn menu, we couldn’t not play off of the traditional bissap.
We had to create the perfect hibiscus spritzer for you.

Hope you love this Hibiscus Champagne Spritzer below!
